I placed an order for pick up, it was friday night july 18th. I came to pick up my order shortly after. The guy making the pizza completely ignored me, a young bigger guy wearing a black hat with a mustache. I looked at him and said I'm picking up - completely ignored as if I'm not even there. He definitely heard me as I was 2 feet from him.he continued to do other things until another guy came to help me. The pizza was already ready, sitting on top of the oven. It was not hard to just hand it over.The pizza was OK (it's not the best pizza around - but I got no complaints) but the service and disregard is just not necessary.if you are busy and cannot help a customer - no problem. Just say so. Say I'll be right there or someone is coming to help. I understand it's friday night and you're working but maybe it's just not the job for you then. Do not completely ignore someone when they are talking to you it's dehumanizing and it's just pizza, no need to be rude. - Asaf
