There is one large aggravated wall pillar/column which blocks the view of the business and its employees. It is accessible via MTA NYC Transit all points of Herald Square vicinity. The negative reviews are indeed verifiable accurate correct, honest and truthful as I also had a similar experience. My desideratum:Peach green tea, medium100% ice30% sugar (or less)Herbal jelly (aka grass jelly)No Tapioca pearls (aka boba)Sales receiptMy order fulfillment:Peach green tea, medium. The male server/cashier egregious erroneously inputted LARGE which I had to correct him.The ice quantity was very paucity in the smallest measurement. My drink became room temperature during my long-haul subway ride home.30% sugar. This was fulfilled and the instruction was followed through.Herbal jelly (aka grass jelly). Measly paucity for quantity. This is my only default ultimate favorite topping and this Kung Fu Tea location had to blatantly messed up! Excessively poor performance!Tapioca pearls (aka boba). I did NOT requested this. It was very hard, extremely chewy, intensely sticky for ash heap of starch black aggravated balls. Furthermore, I highly DESPISE Tapioca pearls (aka boba)!! I am a certified Tapioca pearls (aka boba) hater and have no shame to ubiquitously post my opinion. No sales receipt. This male server/cashier is unable to make the cashier printer functioning O/O/O [1], but enable to print the drink label. This male server/cashier did not exhibit any ability to make the printer function nor exercise any empathy or apology.INSTRUCTIONAL MEMORANDUMThis male server/cashier is unable to follow instructions. I am the paying customer and did NOT receive what is my desideratum. He automatically ASSUMED that I want Tapioca pearls (aka boba)! No, no, no, no, no, no... absolutely hell NO!! "Corruptor of words." -- William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, Act 3, Scene 1Mendacious flagrant. There is a high degree of certainty that the staff did not reboot the register, check their internet connection to be offline, or open the printer to see if there is any thermal cash register tape as the cause of non-functioning O/O/O. [1] This brother did not attempt to reboot the register nor did he open the printer to see if there were any register tape. Customer service is egregious below average. He is unable to heed the hope within my mind for my desideratum. My day continued to tank further to abysmal as I unable to turn it around. My body is different, but my heart is fuller.Bye Felicia![1] O/O/O = Out Of Order

August 27 · Lloyd HolmesOne of our fav places In NY. Best boba!!
September 12 · Jenny T. NguyenI love Kung fu tea so much! I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. Their tea is so tasty and their syrup recipe is really yummy. I highly recommend the oreo milk tea and taro milk tea. Also the tea was made super fast. I only wish the prices were a bit more reasonable. A large oreo milk tea was $7 but it tasted really good.
