The açaí bowl was really good with fresh fruits. I guess the açaí was more liquid than I thought it would be more like a smoothie texture. In that case I wish I had more of it. Would be my only take away. Staff was nice and pleasant. Place was clean. Being a member you’d save $1 a purchase which is $10 a month I believe I was told it’ll credit to your account but I don’t go out here that often.

Power bowl açaí bowl here was amazing! Very filling but not too sweet which was appreciated. Small location so best to take to go but otherwise would recommend. Staff was nice and bubbly as well!

I always go to this location and grab a freeze or a bowl right before I hop on the train back home. Usually the staff is super nice and accommodating however today I had the worst and only bad experience at this store. The woman who took my order was pleasant however the one who made my power bowl was far from that. That is really not my gripe cause I could have lived with her attitude it was the fact that she didn't put next to any tropical base in my bowl! I mean it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I saw when she didn't put a sufficient amount in and said something to that effect and she just brushed me off and kept on giving me what she wanted too which was not what I had ordered. I mean I did pay for it and it wasn't free so I expect to at the minimum get what I paid for. Even the almond butter drizzle she barely put on top of the bowl. I asked her about it and she replied," the boss is in the back if you want to talk to him". I had to catch my train so I left but the moment I got on my train I noticed that from the first spoonful that there was next to no base in the bowl! The whole thing was so dry that it was like trying to chew powder with coconut flakes and blueberries. I was so frustrated because I was in the sun all day at work and only wanted a small treat on my ride back home. As I said in the beginning I have always had pleasant experiences at this store but that woman was very mean and she robbed me because that was not what I paid 11.00 for. I am going to definitely asked to be refunded since I am a vip member. That was completely unacceptable and I hope no one else has to go through the same experience as I did.

Despite the mixed reviews, I was very happy with my experience here. I tried my first ever Açai bowl here and it was full of flavour, fresh and at a reasonable price considering the location. The staff was also friendly and efficient.
