PRIVE Introduce
For New Yorkers seeking a venue that seamlessly transitions from a relaxed dining and social setting to a vibrant nighttime destination, PRIVE offers a compelling dual experience. Located in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, PRIVE is not just a night club; it operates as a full-service Lounge and Restaurant. This versatile identity makes it a unique and practical establishment for local patrons, providing options for both a casual evening out and a lively, high-energy late-night experience. The dual nature of the venue caters to different moods—you can start your evening with a meal and drinks, and then stay as the energy shifts and the dancing begins.
PRIVE has become a notable fixture on Flatbush Avenue by offering a full complement of amenities that keep guests engaged throughout the night. It promises an environment where patrons can enjoy Food, carefully prepared Alcoholic Drinks, and the chance to let loose with Dancing to good music. The atmosphere is generally described as having "nice vibes," drawing a crowd that appreciates the fusion of a comfortable lounge setting with the excitement of a night club. For Brooklyn locals, a place that offers high-quality food, strong drinks, and a dance floor without the need to travel elsewhere for different parts of the evening is a major convenience.
One distinct element contributing to the venue’s appeal is its ability to deliver intense beverages, like the highly recommended, yet caution-worthy, "Blue Long Island," described by one customer as the strongest they had ever experienced. This indicates a commitment to delivering value and strength in their cocktails. Whether patrons are coming to eat, socialize, or dance, PRIVE is clearly striving to offer a memorable experience right in the heart of the community.
Location and Accessibility
PRIVE is strategically located at 1460A Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11210, USA. Flatbush Avenue is a central and well-known thoroughfare that runs through several key Brooklyn neighborhoods, ensuring that the venue is highly accessible to a large portion of the borough's residents. The 11210 zip code covers part of the Flatbush and Midwood areas, a busy commercial and residential section of Brooklyn.
Its location on a major avenue means it is well-served by public transportation, which is essential for any New York nightlife venue where patrons will be consuming alcohol. While specific public transit lines are not detailed in the data, the address places it firmly within Brooklyn’s dense network of subway and bus routes. This accessibility is a crucial factor for New Yorkers planning a night out, providing safe and convenient transportation options. Although PRIVE offers the unique service option of Takeout—likely for food or non-alcoholic drinks, given its dual nature as a restaurant—the primary draw is the on-site social and entertainment experience.
Services Offered
PRIVE’s operational model is built around versatility, functioning effectively as both a restaurant/lounge and a night club. The services offered reflect this comprehensive approach to hospitality and entertainment.

- Alcohol Service: A full bar offering a variety of alcoholic beverages, including notable, strong cocktails like their signature Blue Long Island.
- Takeout: A convenient option for food and possibly packaged non-alcoholic beverages for local residents.

Features / Highlights
The standout features of PRIVE are what make it a draw in Brooklyn’s diverse entertainment landscape. These highlights are focused on providing a complete and enjoyable night out experience.
- Dual Concept Venue: The successful integration of a restaurant/lounge and a dance club under one roof allows patrons to spend their entire evening at one location, simplifying the planning of a night out.
- Outdoor Area: The venue features a "nice backyard," which provides a separate, perhaps less crowded, space for enjoying drinks and conversation, especially during warmer weather. This is a valuable amenity in an often-cramped city environment.
- Focus on Quality Drinks: Customer feedback highlights the strength and quality of the cocktails, with a specific mention of the Blue Long Island being notably potent.
- Good Music and Vibe: Patrons generally praise the "nice vibes" and "good music," indicating a well-curated soundtrack that maintains a high level of energy.
- Staff Friendliness: The bartenders are specifically mentioned as being "nice," contributing positively to the overall customer experience.
- Restroom Availability: A basic but necessary amenity for any hospitality venue, ensuring comfort for guests.
What is Worth Choosing
PRIVE is worth choosing for the New Yorker who appreciates a vibrant social setting where they can dine, drink, and dance all in one location. If your goal is to find a spot with a definitive nighttime energy that’s highly popular among the local crowd, PRIVE fits the bill perfectly.
The strong beverage program is a significant draw. For cocktail enthusiasts, the chance to try their signature, potent drinks is a highlight. Furthermore, the existence of the outdoor area is a huge plus, offering a momentary escape from what one review describes as an "extremely packed" indoor space. This outdoor space likely provides a breathing room for those who want to chat or cool down without leaving the premises entirely.
However, local patrons planning a visit should heed the advice of a recurring customer: the popularity of PRIVE often leads to it becoming "extremely packed," sometimes making it difficult to walk or dance. This is characteristic of many successful New York nightspots, but it is important context for anyone planning to attend. For those looking to enjoy the atmosphere while avoiding the intense crowds, the strategy of arriving "early or super late" is a practical piece of local wisdom. Ultimately, choosing PRIVE means opting for a place with palpable energy, celebrated drinks, and the convenience of a lounge, restaurant, and night club wrapped into one lively Flatbush Avenue establishment.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It a very nice place. Better occasion is to go grab a drink or some food. I would say it's good for dancing. Eventhough they had great music, people were more like enjoying their drinks and food. Their have a nice backyard too. Try their Blue Long Island, that the strongest i ever had, be aware.
August 22 · Fabiola Zoxie FontaineNice place with nice vibes. The drinks are decent and the bartenders are nice. The music is usually good. It does get extremely packed in there. Like no room to walk or dance packed. Like people will push you out of their way packed. They do have an outdoor area so I’m curious to see if it’s as crowded during the summer months. I usually go early or super late to avoid the extreme crowding.
May 17 · Raiysa AliyahGreat music. DJ gets 2 thumbs up but the crowd is insane. Sardines in a can had more moving space than this place. I'd suggest they have better control of the traffic in this place. I'm sure it was a safety hazard to have the place so crowded. I couldn't stay even stay though I wanted to... like I said way too many times... IT WAS CROWDED beyond capacity.
December 23 · Tremaine RichardsMy sister politely asked the DJ to play a song that she like n he literally cursed her out. Like really???? Management needs to do something about that.... The food was good & the waitress who served our table was sooo nice. She's the only reason we stayed after the DJ was disrespectful to us
May 14 · Kem GlasgoBeautiful setting. Nice backyard , needs better management, staff only cater people they know, I waited 30 minutes and left without being served on a Sunday evening, the place had 10 customers total and 3 waitress, the waitress were too busy hanging out with their friends.
