The last 2 times I visited for deli items, I've felt ill.2 weeks ago, I had a chicken club sandwich and while it was fine initially, I could not sleep through the entire night and felt ill the next day. Nausea, stomach pain, everything.Then just 2 days ago, I purchased an egg omelette platter and I am feeling the same illness once again.I'm not sure what's going on with the food quality but it must be inspected. The place is supposed to be a neighborhood staple and the quality should reflect that. I will not be eating here again.

Pruzzos is a staple of the Pelham Bay Area. I have grown up living on this deli and no matter how many years has passed, the culture has not changed.They’re open when you need them to be. They’re here to make sure the area has somewhere to visit whether it’s for groceries or a late night meal.The deli is one of the best in terms of food, selection and pricing. I’ll tell you my favorite is the Capri Club but don’t hesitate to look over the awesome menu.The staff shows up at top notch customer service! No matter if you’re a regular or you’re a brand new customer you will be treated the same no matter what.One of the best places and I tell everyone to come visit them!

Best spot to get your sandwiches. They add tax but it's clean & fresh. Fresh bread, great meat slices, good cheese & non-microwave preparation. The owner is super courteous. Complimented us bottled of water the last time. Best part is OPEN 24 hours.

I'm not going to lie, I only come in here for their assortments of delicious Italian breads. Seeded and non seeded, whenever I'm in the area I have to stop by and pick up at least one to two of them. I'm addicted. The store is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The food here looks delicious & the deli is always busy, but in a good way. Some of their stuff is a bit pricey, but won't break the bank. Definitely recommend dropping by if you happen to be in the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only place around you can get great food 24/7. One week I'm pretty sure I lived on their sandwiches, a different one every time and each of them great.
