I’ve been going to this location since middle school. It just gets better and better every time. Mia took care of me this time and she was great. She had good communication and made sure they had what I wanted for my bowl :)

For the past three weeks at least two times a week I’ll quickly come in and this girl who I think is a new hire , Mia, is very communicative and nice and not judgmental when it seems like I’m being complicated with my order. She makes it quick and not only am I making this review because she asked, but she does deserve a good review. Good Job Qdoba!!!

It pains me to give this review because I LOVE qdoba and have had it in some many places, and this was by far the worse. First the place is filthy, from the floors, to the tables to the actual grills.Workers were not bad, but the food just looks bad.Still went ahead and ordered. Ordered 2 bowls and wow, I should had known it was not going to be good. Chicken was burnt, and chewy.Ordered double chicken, did not get it (luckily was not charged for it) there was some steak mixed with the chicken (probably had fallen)Overall I did something I never would’ve though I would do. Throw away most of my bowl because of how inedible it was.Again, I have reviewed multiple Qdobas, and never had this type of experience.UPDATE: Was contacted by Qdoba’s guest relations who apologized and escalated the matter to the store in an attempt to improve. They also awarded me free entree for my bad experience. As I already knew, no issues with Qdoba itself. It is still Elite. Hopefully this location Ickes it up a little.

I went to Qdoba for dinner and the atmosphere was definitely off. The woman with the orange red hair definitely looked like she didn’t want to be at work. The store didn’t have the kids meal I wanted to I got a regular meal. She made my burrito as a kids amount and charged me for a regular burrito. I asked her multiple times is that the correct size and she was brushing me off. When it came down to my bowl she was rushing me and there was no one behind me. I definitely have to find another Qdoba to go to for now on.
