After shopping at IKEA Hicksville, wanted to try something different. We're not huge Tex Mex fans, but wanted to try the fare and this place was on the way to the LIE. Ordered online and it was ready to go when we arrived 10 minutes later.Restaurant looked clean and bright, servers were courteous and cheerful. The food here, like at Chipotle and Moe's, etc. isn't bad. It's just the appearance of a bunch of ingredients all kind of slopped onto a soggy, recycled (maybe?) paper bowl. The colors were vibrant and everything tasted fresh, it's just that the appearance, totally - subjective, devalued the merit of the individual ingredients. Probably 4 stars if you're a fan of "bowl" type cuisine.

It's a service line where you tell them what you want from their buffet and the server puts it on your dish. At the end-of-line you pay. Food is good. Prices are very fair. Servers are nice. Tables clean. Bathrooms clean. (not a sit down restaurant where you are served. Cafeteria style.). Plenty of parking...end of a strip mall.

me and my sister went in, as soon as we were greeted we didn't get the best attitude. Not friendly. My sister had to order 3 bowls, 1 for herself and 2 for people we were going to visit. They were laughing, at god knows what and seemed like they were rushing both talking to her at the same time as she's getting overwhelmed. Note: there was no one on line. I had to speak up and ask them to do it one at a time and both were just not friendly or welcoming the entire time. I've never had this issue at any other location, every location I've been too the nicest people are working. I guess I know not to come to this location it ruins the entire experience.

They’re always super friendly here. The food is very fresh and there are many options to choose to create your bowl or burrito. I typically go with the bowl because you get way more food and less carbs. I probably come here once a month and have not been disappointed.
