TLDR: Not so fresh seafood, long wait time, if you have a problem with their food, they don't care. Suck it up.Been a long time customer, use to love their ceviche and even introduced this place to lots of friends. But lately I could feel the quality drop on the seafood. It didn't taste as fresh as it use to be.Came in recently to order my food. The food took forever to come out.(which is usually the case)Server did not mention the spice level and it end up being very spicy that it was barely edible and lead me in pain.I brought it up to the waiter early on and he did nothing much to help with the situation. Then I mentioned again and they basically told me to suck it up and pay up so I did.It was a really unpleasant night as I later had stomachache after consuming this meal.Very very disappointed with how they handled the situation especially with a loyal customer. In the end I paid the full price, tipped and left. But it's safe to say that I will not be coming back and would stop recommending this place to people.

My boyfriend is Peruvian, and he was genuinely impressed by how authentic the food at Quilla by Sabor Peruano tasted. He said it reminded him of home! The flavors were rich, fresh, and true to traditional Peruvian cuisine. We’ll definitely be coming back,it’s a gem for anyone looking for real Peruvian flavor!
