★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Whoever Mr Ralph is, he’s got some damn good Italian ice. I highly recommend the lemon lime as it tastes exactly like sprite in Italian ice. I would recommend getting a small if you’re set on one flavor. The ice is cholesterol free and fat free, so it’s great for a post run or cardio refuel.
July 06 · StephenVanilla Soft Serve. Kiddie’s Scoop. That’s right. This is what I always get at Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices. I like it in a cone. No one asks me my age or for my identification. It also costs $5 which is fine with me. I have been coming here ever since they opened. Sometimes I have to show the person giving me the cone how high the soft serve should be in case they try to give me less. Once I had the Twister which is ice cream sandwiched between soft serve but it wasn’t that tasty as just the soft serve and it also cost much more. There is no seating here and just a window serving the chilled delights. There is a bench opposite where like to sit and enjoy my ice cream. Today Tyler gave me the cone and told me that regular ice cream is also served in a smaller cup just for kiddies which also costs $5. Maybe I will try that next time.
June 07 · Sabena SinghRating 10/5 w/ Ralph's. The only good thing to come out of me living on Staten Island for far too long. Just go. Also if your man don't stand in the rain for you to have a sweet treat, it's time to leave that man.
April 12 · Sosa CaiThere was a staple in my black cherry ice cream. A staple! My wife, daughter and I really enjoy Ralph's and if they had handled this better, I wouldn't be writing this. I pulled the staple out of my mouth and put it back in the cup so I could walk back a few blocks to show the woman at the counter. Could I have made a huge deal in front of the long line? Yes. Could I have shown everyone? Yes. But that's not me. I was very calm, showed her and she said "Yup, that's from our delivery, do you want your money back or another one?" I was so confused about the delivery part, I just asked for my $5 back. After about a week of calling the store, I finally got in touch with the owner who said that they staple their Door Dash orders next to that flavor, which shocked me that he'd say that and that they were doing so with open containers. I asked for $200 to Ralph's, could take care of a birthday party, to which he said he'd have to talk to his partners. I haven't heard back in almost a month. It's just disappointing that service would be handled this way, especially for a neighborhood spot that we enjoy so much. So, next time you order, ask where they staple their delivery orders in order to ensure that it's not near the product.
September 16 · Noah CoslovI love Ralph's as much as the next guy/girl, but I'm sorry, $6.50 for a SMALL water ice is completely and utterly obscene. It was $5 and change last year, and there is not a reason on earth we should have seen a 20%+ increase.
