★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I came to kings plaza Starbucks and there’s a lady who takes my order extra caramel frapp and the order maker make me a regular frapp I’m telling her that I said extra caramel she took my order with that attitude and gave it to me my drink was liking from the bottle, I had to clean that. I tried to talk to her nicely but she was ignoring me. The worst Starbucks I ever seen.👎🏽
December 30 · Shahina SanatilloyevaVery poor service. They skipped us and prepared drinks for other people who came after us. After 3 people they gave us our drinks. Friday morning 11am
May 09 · mohamed liyavudeenCustomer service is very poor. I was waiting for my drink. But the staff gave me the food and said have a nice day so I thought maybe she forgot about my drink. So I told the other staff that I m waiting for my drink 😃. And she said “I know”😒 with this attitude. I mean I felt so bad why so rude man. I said even sorry 😢. Just started my morning and they ruined it
January 17 · Sabiha ShahabuddinAt 6:30 there was only one staff member. Her name on the name tag is "Ariana" and she claimed that they didn't have any espresso at that time. "I don't have anything with coffee."How is it possible that Starbucks doesn't serve coffee at 6:30 anymore? It seems more like someone didn't want her to do her job.
January 14 · Camila GjakovaI’d give a one star if I could, the staff is horrible here. The two male staff with names starting with Jahmari and Jaydenn were particularly terrible. The first male seemed new and didn’t know what he was doing which may be understandable however the second male spent more time chatting with other co workers than actually doing their job. The entire team on this day let lines build up. Location manager needs to retrain staff and let them know the importance of prioritizing customer service.
