How is this that I’m ordering my drink 5 train stops ahead of time, I get there and wait another 5 minutes and my drink still isn’t ready? It’s happened multiple times at this location. I have even missed my train because of it and ended up being very late for work because the 3 train schedule is terrible. This morning only one girl was making drinks. She was moving as fast as she could. Meanwhile, another girl was standing there waiting for the snacks at the microwave. There should be multiple people making drinks in the morning, especially since it’s busy and there are so many orders. It’s quite frustrating because I don’t know how much further ahead I need to order to even get my drink in time. I had to leave again without a drink so I don’t miss my train like I did last time, and then had to wait 19 minutes for the next train which made me very late for work!

Ordered from ubereats and they didnt pack my turmeric drink or my feta wrap in the bag and Uber thinks im lying since so much was missing from my order. I only received a dollar refund.

Since this location was last renovated .... it's the Best ☕️ ☕️ Spot in ALL of Ridgewood.☕️ ☕️ is delicious 😋, awa, many other lite menu items they have.The Staffs Customer Service is Amazing .... very NICE ... POLITE ... this is SO unsanitary. why would you put plastic sriracha packet INSIDE of the sandwich bag?literally was stuck in the sandwich. who knows where the sauce was sitting and who had touched it too.
