Customer service is good. They will get things done for you and make you priority. Unfortunately I had a problem with my wedding cake. I asked for a two tier buttercream cake. The cake looked beautiful but there was barely any cake. Mostly whipped cream. Cake did not taste good. The frosting tasted like chemicals and bad quality. I regret buying this cake from here. I would not recommend to anyone if you want your cake to taste good. The cake did not even taste like buttercream. Whoever tasted the cake at wedding did not want to take another bite. I felt so embarrassed. Not worth 225$. A Costco cake would have tasted better than this one.
