I just stopped by this Subway location, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. There were no other customers at the time, but the employee, Bertha, was incredibly rude throughout the entire interaction. When we tried to order a sandwich with mozzarella, she mumbled under her breath that they didn’t have it. When we politely asked what cheeses they did have, she ignored us completely. We then requested Parmesan, and she curtly told us they didn’t have that either.Even after we gave her our sandwich order, her attitude remained unpleasant, making the entire experience uncomfortable. I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this location unless they’re in the mood for a frustrating and unfriendly encounter. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to improve customer interactions moving forward.

We were hungry and tired and stopped to get food. They were busy but Anthony was amazing and singlehandly doing the job of three people, making sandwiches and being very friendly. The food was good, the energy even better. Anthony deserves a raise and promotion.

This review is for you Management of SubwayI have a very disappointed encounter with your worker in where she was on the phone and did NOT listen for what i wan asking on my order I ask Not to be toasted and have to shout 3-4X for her to listen then she put a bunch of veggies that i have to ask her to remove it coz i did not ask for it, then i ask her may be my english that she dont understand so i ask her on her own language i think she got upset coz at the end she purr a lot of MAYO to my sandwich, come on Boss it is my food she is playing with and on top of this i am paying for it, make sure you get the right help to help/work with costumers or just make them sure she is not in the F phone so she can listen for our costumer request. Thank you. Like i mentioned it is my food that she play with.
