Ordered a nacho chicken with avocado. There was no chicken or avocado for my delivery order. I called the store and the manager of the store said she made the sandwich and put chicken and avocado on. Bag was sealed when I picked it up and when it was delivered. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful

Extremely disappointing experience at this location, This is the second time I’ve placed a mobile order here for the “Subway Series Meal of the Day” deal, only to be told after arriving that the sandwich I ordered wasn’t available. Most recently, I ordered the Cold Cut Combo, which is one of Subway’s most basic and standard sandwiches. When I arrived for pickup, the staff told me they “don’t have the Cold Cut Combo” and that my order would need to be canceled.This raises major concerns: if a Subway can’t provide one of its core menu items (which uses standard deli meats they clearly have on hand for other sandwiches), it feels misleading for the app to show this location as participating in the promotion. The fact that this information is not communicated until customers physically arrive is both frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you’ve driven out of your way expecting your order to be ready.Patterns like this make me question the management and reliability of this store. I strongly encourage corporate Subway to review this location’s operations and customer service practices. Customers deserve transparency and consistency, not repeated last-minute cancellations.

Haven’t been here in years because the service is always awful. Tried to give it one more chance and they just prove to have the worst customer service EVER. Employees are beyond nasty & rude.Also, I asked and paid for extra meat & this is what I got. What a joke.

The staff was quite unprofessional and uncooperative during my visit. My order was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, they refused to replace it. I hope the owner takes note and addresses this issue, as it affects the overall customer experience.

I have been a long-time subway customer. I always order tuna and ask for some additional green pepper on my sandwich. It's never been an extra charge. Until now. Today, they told me its an extra charge for extra vegetable toppings.I am appalled!If this is a new Subway policy, then i will start buying my sandwiches at QuikChek!

Always an issue with this place. Every time I order food from here they either 1) don't have the ingredients available or 2) don't honor the promos. My order gets cancelled EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If they have the ingredients, they cancel because they don't honor the promotions. I wish there was a way to choose a different Subway to get delivery from online because there's one not much farther away from me that is actually run decently.
