I work for an agency that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities and I visit this Subway quite often. I've patronized this Subway on several occasions buying lunch for myself and for the people I support.On this particular day, I bought lunch for myself. It was sweltering outside, 85° and rising. One of the people I was supporting asked for ice water and she was very particular about it. So while I was ordering my food, I asked for a cup of water.Apparently, that's a grave sin because it turned into a big argument. I told the man about how hot it was outside and that the least he could do is give a cup of water to a person with disabilities. He became aggressive, stopped making my sandwich, and told me I had to ask the "manager" for a cup of water.When the "manager" came out (and this is someone I recognized and I know recognized me) and continued to argue about the water. He even tried to turn it into a sale, telling me to buy bottled water instead. The person I was supporting became agitated, because all she needed was some water. I had to redirect her several times.After a while, I accepted that they weren't giving me the water and wanted to continue with my order. But the man who was making my sandwich had left it there, and I literally had to ask the "manager" to get someone to finish making the sandwich. The first employee comes over and starts throwing stuff on the sandwich, no care or anything, didn't even ask what I wanted. When I called him out on it, he tried to make it seem like each sandwich only comes one way. I used to work at Subway and I've been to Subway enough times to know that they ask you what veggies you want. They don't just throw things on there.I ended up leaving the sandwich there. There was no way that I was patronizing any business that treats me and the people I support the way they did.I ended up having to go across the street to 7-Eleven to get the water.I think we can all agree, "Don't do to others what you don't want done to yourself."

My sandwich was great. The server was a nice older gentleman who also cleaned the floors when I walked in. Perhaps bc I came during off peak hours, it was a nice quiet time to eat inside. The tables and chairs are mostly clean.

This guy is very rude and refusing to provide customer service and asking for id . For pickup an online order he said he need to check id . I said I dont have id with me he said ok thn go out of the store .

I'm not really a big fan for sandwiches but I needed something to eat that wasn't going to break my pockets. So I stopped in and as I approached the counter immediately I had eye to eye contact by the mail employee which gave me a smile and I smiled back followed by a hello. I greeted him with a hello and how are you and it was just a pleasant feeling. He was already in the middle of preparing sandwiches for someone else but once he was done he assisted me. He said ma'am how can I help you what would you like? I told him I wanted one of the new sandwiches I believe it was something called Italian mozzarella something of another I forgot. But nonetheless he assisted and made the sandwich exactly the way I asked of him. I had no idea what it was going to taste like but I saw him make it and he kept his gloves on. He did not speak while making my sandwich which I appreciate very much. Once it was wrapped up and put aside he then spoke to me asking me if there's anything else which I really appreciate it because sometimes the droplets for my mouth can be spread onto food and that would not be good. I enjoyed the Italian foot long bread nice and soft I complimented it with some mayonnaise mozzarella cheese and I think I put some green peppers on it oil and vinegar. To my surprise I really did enjoy this sandwich. So my first star goes to the location because it's easy to get to at least for me. The second star goes to the gentleman who welcomed me into the store. The third star goes to sanitary conditions which were definitely practiced. I would give a star for the prices but I never would think a hero could cost $11. So due to the price I cannot. But for right now three stars is going to have to do perhaps if you guys have a sale where the footlongs all of them would be half off and hold that for at least a week or two I'll come by and give another rating. For right now thank you for making sure my first experience with you guys was a good one.

This Subway has to be privately owned, he does not accept subway coupons and also most deals thats online are not for this store.
