I never order food went to go wash my hands. And then order this was at 1245 oct 4 25 this Spanish girl was so rude we don't let you have the key til you order. Subway needs to train better oh and I'm white will never go in there again

Wouldn't take my coupon, because they said it wasn't a coupon. I cut it out of the flyer ad, but still said they would honor it if it was a real coupon. Just be transparent if you are not going to participate in promotions.

Ordered subway to pick up at 7:50pm.Tried to use the bathroom. They said I cannot use it because they cleaned it. I asked the business hours and they say they close at 10.I mean... I dont know.. the restaurant was clean... the guy at the counter seemed nice but... cleaned the restaurant few hours early and because they just cleaned... I cannot use the bathroom...? Wth...???

As a paying customer, it is unsanitary to see that the person that is serving you, preparing the sandwiches, is using the same plastic gloves at the same time that they are handling the money at the cashier! They are not changing the gloves nor washing their hands beforehand.I also used a discount coupon. They wanted to reject my coupon just because I went inside with a friend who also happens to have their own coupon. The lady who served me stated that the manager doesn't want separate coupons per family. These sandwiches are purchased separately regardless of how the coupons are utilized, whether it is friends using them or family. It should not have mattered to them.
