★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Located at 9th and 45th, TacaMahal combines that taco feeling with Indian classic flavors. This is such a great idea because the results are amazing and tasty. I’ve only been there twice, but I definitely see myself being a regular customer. During this last visit I had the three combo roti tacos, (I selected a Paneer Tikka Masala, a Chicken Curry, and a Lamb Kabob). I also addd one samosa. The tacos had varying flavors and textures, but all three were delicious. If you get any kind of curry option, expect it to run into your other pieces. It’s a delicious mess. The samosa, with that great sauce, was so good. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. It’s a nice place for a quick and tasty snack (or a full meal). If you love Indian food, you’re going to love this place. Hope this helps.
April 20 · Michael PantonTaco Mahal is a fantastic quick food stop. The quality and taste has always been top notch. We’ve had their samosas, chicken tikka, and lamb curry. All have been excellent.Highly recommended!
June 02 · Marc SQuick bite at Taco Mahal. I got the veggie of the day roti taco, which consisted of eggplant and potatoes stewed in Indian spices. It’s one of their available vegan options, if anyone is inquiring. Very tasty and I loved the toppings that came with the taco as well. $6 plus tax quick bite did not disappoint. I would recommend getting their 3 taco deal, if you’re looking for a fuller meal. Please keep in mind, their rice isn’t vegan :(…hopefully they change that, so fellow vegans could enjoy their bowls :)
March 27 · Wali GSuper good, got the naan taco with butter chicken. Yummy, authentic, cream cheese super good too, definitely worth it. Also getting the samosa, the butter chicken was super authentic and prices were good. Cannot wait to come back, I’m also an LA local so im not sure how authentic that can all be. My Indian bf loved it.
April 13 · klepley klepleyThe best Mexican and Indian experience in the city. Truly one of a kind. I had the chicken roti tacos and they always satisfy. Everything on the menu is delicious so you’ll always have things to choose from. I love this place.
