This is my first time ordering this grilled chicken sandwich. It was extremely salty. I called the store, and the gentleman told me, That’s how their gilled chicken sandwich is. Salty and no one complained but me. I was like it’s extremely salty, and his answer was like Oh only you said salty, no one complained. No sorry nothing. I asked to see if I can replace it for something else. He straight told me, no. Very disappointed. Poor ansnwer

Worst chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The chicken was chewy and bouncy and very dry despite being very hot. Fries were like stale McDonald’s fries.I’ve never had to fight a chicken tender to eat it until now.They’re called chicken TENDERS not chicken TOUGHS.

Poor food UNCOOKED GRILLED CHICKEN I LEAVE SOUTH OZONE PARK AND ASK FOR WELL DONE GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH MALIK HAD ATTITUDE And WAS RUDE ON THE PHONE HE tried to embarrass me and said the soda prices there are more money than ozone park like i couldn’t afford it but then being 4 dollars each is robbery , I will post pictures of the sandwiches and no I didn’t eat or taste it o was turned off by how white it looked it looks raw …Malik said that’s how it comes and that how that’s how it’s cooked well done it’s white like chalk literally grilled is supposed to be seared and have grill marks on the meat

If I could give these people 1 star I would! I go to this chain often and have never been appalled at the staff behavior! I placed an order for pick up when I got there rude staff have no customer service skills ! Waited 25 min for cold food they forgot to give me… items missing and they did nothing! No one wearing hairnets I found hair in my fries so nasty Disgusting behavior by the staff lady and man on Wednesday night!

I love this spot! Nothing better than getting off the bus from work and snacking on delicious fresh chicken and the fish sandwich is an actual fish sandwich unlike most fast food places. I definitely recommend stopping by and thank you Texs team for the fast service and answering my million questions haha you’ll see me soon!

i been there with my family we all loved there foods especially those fiery wings and pink lemonade and french fries are very crispy and its taste good i like there staff we sitting with family on table the guy working at front desk serve our food to our table i seriously like that tbh must visit and try food especially fiery wings thank you guys for amazing food i will be back soon.
