★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had a great time sharing a fun meal with friends. This spot is take-out/delivery only, but there's lots of options for outdoor seating nearby in the area. Highly recommend ordering the fried tofu appetizer along with the chicken satay so you can dip the tofu into the peanut sauce that comes with the satay! The khao soi comes with lots of creamy curry broth, so get a side of rice to soak all that flavor up. The shrimp dishes were tender, the eggplant was perfectly cooked and both were so well-sauced and perfectly seasoned--again, make sure you have a side of rice for these! For fans of pandan flavors, the coconut pudding is a tiny portion of rich coconut cream set on top of a layer of sweetened mochi-like pandan jam, steamed and hot. Bonus if you like little trinkets, you get to keep the bowls!
October 06 · june xieFantastic! Yum Seafood Salad was refreshing and properly spicy. Shrimp, squid, and mussels were perfectly cooked. I'm not sure what kind of mussels they are, but the shells were so beautiful that my wife saved them for decoration. Massaman Beef Curry was rich and packed with flavors. Koong Pad Poing Ka-Ree was under "Authentic Thai," so I was curious, and I'm glad I ordered—never had anything like it before. Large shrimp cooked with curry and eggs. Beautifully spiced. Steamed Thai Dumplings were certainly different from ordinary Chinese ones, but I couldn't tell what was different about them. Highly recommend.
September 26 · Dyske SuematsuThis restaurant operates out of a DoorDash Kitchens ghost kitchen, and it seems there are several restaurants cooking in the same space. We ordered the Tom Yum Nam Kon, papaya salad, crab fried rice, and mango sticky rice. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming.1. The Tom Yum Nam Kon was watery, and the mushrooms tasted old.2. The papaya salad had unripe papaya, which threw off the flavor.3. The crab fried rice was plain, with what seemed like canned crab and scrambled eggs added on top rather than being stir-fried together.4. The mango sticky rice was the best of the meal, but even that was let down by a watered-down coconut sauce.Overall, the food felt rushed and lacked the authentic, fresh flavors you expect from Thai cuisine. I don’t plan to return.
November 24 · Sheldon GongI got the crispy pork belly basil, crab fried rice and steam Thai dumpling. They all are tasty! I recommend it. Got the brochure from the order, they offer 20% off till end of Oct 2024 too.
September 25 · Aoi JessieA solid choice for takeout Thai food in Brooklyn, decent portion size. Most delicious crab rangoons, the filling is rich and the shell crunchy. The pineapple rice was ok. We all loved the duck but it's sauce and veggie side was too spicy (did not affect the duck itself). Shrimp rice was great, lots of shrimp and amazing flavor. Fried calamari were a bit overcooked.
