Didn’t know what to expect when walking into The Daily Press. I am somewhat familiar with Brooklyn but never this part. Ocean Hill who knew ! I was here for a paint event and was glad I went ! The aesthetic and ambiance were awesome , cool artwork books a coffee bar a regular bar and great places to sit. There was a campaign event going on for a city council seat and so much was going on. It was a microcosm of our city. Black, White, Latino , gay straight you name it our people existing and chilling as one. I am a lifelong NY’er and this place is it . I will be back . I hope to go to another event soon. Met so many cool people in one night , a sign of a special place. Drink prices affordable as well. - Daniel Sheffer
