★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dishonest with their pricing. Chicken over rice was $9 when I asked them, but when I paid with card, it was $11. I know card payments usually incur a tax, but they didn’t tell me the extra fee was $2. At least the food was good.
September 12 · Florence WuThe positive feedback online didn't set expectations too high. Employees maintain observance, provide information willingly and deliver superior service. August 29 · Shelley Harrisonwhat rainy lazy night calls for…food from The Halal Kitchen parked on 14th Street and University. hadn’t been here in a minute—not much has changed: ample servings, Middle Eastern styled comfort food, and well-seasoned eats. ordered a chicken over rice—not a long wait bc it was super rainy last night. the platter of seasoned chicken and rice was really filling from the chunks of chicken and fragrant rice topped with white sauce and a dab of hot sauce. service is quick and friendly. prices have risen steadily bc of inflation, price gouging, fill-in-the-reason etc. as Marlo Stanfield of The Wire once said: “the price of the brick going up” and that it has…that it has. p.s. don’t sleep on the gyro—quality sando.
