The Fried Bake with Saltfish is an iconic breakfast choice, pairing crispy fried dough with savory, dried and salted fish—a staple of Caribbean morning cuisine. Another highly praised item is the Egg Ball, a unique savory pastry where a whole boiled egg is encased in seasoned cassava mash and then fried, offering a satisfying texture and deep flavor. One customer specifically noted the joy of the Egg Ball served with a tasty tamarind sauce.
For a main meal, the Curry Goat and the Oxtail are highly recommended for their rich, slow-cooked flavors and tender meat. The Roti itself, whether ordered plain or with a filling like Chicken Roti or Oxtail Roti, is consistently noted as a highlight. Customers who love traditional baked goods should certainly pick up a Loaf of Sweet Bread or the popular Butter Bread, which many rely on for daily consumption. It is worth noting that the bakery prides itself on making fresh bread every day, a sign of its commitment to quality. The Peanut Punch, a sweet, thick, and refreshing homemade drink, is the perfect way to wash down any of the rich dishes.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This month I had the pleasure to experience the most tasty tam sauce to go along the perfectly made egg ball I bought That was made freshly for me and friend that took ten mins . Another late night after being hungry from doing a customer hair I purchased the mac & cheese pie ; which tasted good and hearty . The sauce wasn’t the same taste that day but salmon cake tasted just as good as last time . Would recommend you to try this bakery for a late night snack . I will be back seeing how I was told they make fresh bread every day which is a good thing to be doing for this area . affordable prices for the items I bought btw .
August 29 · Patricia HolnessThe taste of the currant rolls here are not consistent. Over the years I can tell they changed bakers. I even asked one day, and they said yes, they changed bakers. I still buy it though. I ordered food from here twice. I find it to be overcooked and oily. The macaroni pie has a unique taste to it. It's just too oily. It's an okay bakery.
November 24 · Ra JacksonFeel like I'm eating a oil filled pone.Very greasy . I'm so disappointed. I waited two weeks for this.If I was pregnant my kid would have a birth mark.1/22/19I'm beginning to think someone went back to Guyana with the recipe book...I'm starting to think that this place is falling off?I'm starting to think that this place is using cheap ingredients!I'm starting to think that this place is giving me their leftovers!Either that or someone can't bake! The knife my husband use to cut the coconut roll would not go through the roll.It was literally hard as a rock. There is nothing worse than traveling far from your home to purchase one of your favorite foods only to be disappointed.
January 24 · Dakota's D&DI never been inside the restaurant but everytime I order off Postmates or DoorDash, the food is always great in my opinion. It’s very savory and not a lot going on with the different foods. My favorite so far is the jerk chicken and stew chicken roti.
April 28 · Tamia I.BI've been going here for years now, and the atmosphere, customer service and food has been excellent each time. There's a reason why the restaurant is beloved and still holding on after all this time. They care and they pray over the food and it more than shows. The savory and sweet pastry selection is very good, and the spice balances are perfect. They also have some of the best black pudding that I've tasted in a while. Highly, highly recommended.
