★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It's always a treat coming here, so it naturally felt like the go to for Father's Day.The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our server Angel was top notch. He ran through the menu for my father and really got him excited for the dinner. The menu is pretty simple - meat. Crabcakes and lamb chop appetizers were a hit. I, almost, wish that both had entree options. The entree portions are relatively large but cooked really well. The steak always comes out very tender and flavorful. The sides are not so great. The mashed potato was cold and missing salt. Broccoli and creamed spinach was ok. The steak fries were burnt and dry, very odd texture and disappointing. The bacon corn brulee was the best side. It tastes like a chunky and slightly salty cream of corn, definitely recommend it.
June 29 · Wilson VivasFirst time trying Uncle Jacks and it was quite disappointing. Ordered the Porterhouse for two , mashed potatoes and creamed spinach with a side of lobster mac & cheese. Our steak was so charred it tasted like charcoal. The creamed spinach was flavorless. The lobster mac & cheese had lobster shells. We send it back and they gave us another. We ended up taking it home and it still had lobster shells. The quality of the food isn’t worth the price . The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the service was OK and the spicy calamari was good.
May 20 · Daniel RomanThe steak was good, the service was okay, and the atmosphere seemed to lack cleanliness because there were flies everywhere. I pointed out the flies to our waiter and he pretended he didn’t see them. It was so weird, like he was trying to gaslight us. Please refer to the pics and videos shared here for reference. Also apparently Rudy Giuliani has been here??
July 11 · A RIt was my birthday lunch. Sergio greeted us and his service was excellent! We all enjoyed delicious appetizers and main courses. The food was as described, professionally prepared and the atmosphere was great. I recommend their Tomahawks and Chilean Seabass for main, and I love their Lobster Avocado Salad too.
April 08 · jisun kimOrdered Tomahawk. Came very burnt. Confronted my waiter about this, and was told that charring is normal as it’s part of the cooking process to seal the juiciness. However, my steak (first pic) was very much charred and not edible. Some of the slices were actually black. I had to check Google photos for other people’s steak to make sure I was not overreacting. I then confronted waiter a second time, to which they offered a new serving (pic on the right). The new serving was LOT better!! HOWEVER, while I was taking photos of my family to celebrate Father’s day, the hostess and my server were chatting while looking in the direction of our table. They seem to be mocking us, which made me feel very impolite and unwelcomed.
