It's bad! It's really bad! The staff is horrible, not pleasant! They pretend that they do not understand anything on any questions and requests. The water is not carbonated, warm ! The fries are dry and overcooked! The burger is not with all the ingredients and perfect bad!In Florida, I always order a Davis burger like this. But this one's the worst! What's wrong with you? What's wrong? Also ... they won't let you into the restroom. It's a filthy, filthy hall. It stinks so bad it's unbearable. The second floor is closed for food. And the first one has three dirty tables. This is a nightmare! Worst experience ever! And I used to love Wendys so much. But now it's a horror. There are great other fast food places nearby. Why is your place so bad?!

i came here for two reasons: i really wanted to try a chocolate frosty, and i had a reward for a free 10-piece chicken nugget after signing up for their rewards program. who doesn’t love free food? i didn’t want to waste the opportunity.but when i got to the store and tried to redeem my coupon, the website conveniently stopped working, claiming there was a temporary issue. i tried everything: clearing safari, logging in and out, but nothing worked. after a while, i just gave up and ordered anyway since i was already there. definitely disappointing.the food itself was good. the fries were way better than mcdonald’s, and the burger had a lot of flavor, probably thanks to the big pickle and ketchup. the nuggets weren’t my favorite. as for the chocolate frosty, it was so thick that i almost regretted getting a medium. it was a struggle to finish, but the flavor was great.the place had plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe. the drink refill machines were a huge plus. before leaving, i had to use the restroom, and unfortunately, the lock didn’t work so i spent the entire time paranoid that someone would walk in on me.

The waiter's attitude was not very good. burger was not tasty and the meat was very dry. 🙃btw the drinks were good 👍.But I will not come second time..:(

Terrible experience here. They had no Air conditioning. The order taker hardly spoke English. It was crowded it took 5 minutes to get my food out. Trash on the floor. No where to sit. They charged me for a bottle of water when I asked for a cup. And they got my sandwich order completely wrong. I ordered a double pretzel baconator with no tomatoes and no lettuce no pickles. My favorite Wendy’s item and the gave me a normal baconator and no pretzel bun with all of the condiments on the burger 😡. Would not go here if I were you. Worst of nyc fast food. To be honest expected better from Wendy’s chain.

I recently visited Wendy’s and had a very pleasant experience. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served quickly. I ordered the classic Dave’s Single, and it was flavorful, with a nicely toasted bun and fresh toppings. Their fries were hot and crispy, and I appreciated the option to upgrade to a baked potato or salad as well.
