I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place left me no choice. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was abysmal. The staff acted like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. No greetings, no smiles—just attitude and indifference. We waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone bothered to take our order, and even then, the server seemed annoyed and rushed.Now with the food it’s always wrong and when you approach them about the situation as a customer you’re in the wrong

I regularly come to this location and the one on Flatbush. Usually never had an issue. I picked up a breakfast baconator with home fries on my way to work out because I didn’t have time to cook. Got food poisoning. I’m sure it’s from the food since I haven’t eaten for 12 hrs prior. Just preworkout.

The young lady in the drive through window was very rude, I order 2 sprite drink 1 diet 1 regular i asked her wich one is the diet drink, her response was (how will I know ) 3 times then shut the window, also the order was incorrect, but I'll say normally the service is ok, that young lady needs to be removed from the window service

Wish I could give them zero stars It’s always something with this location but today was the final straw first mistake was going thru the drive thru waited about 30+ minutes just to order I would understand if it’s busy but it wasn’t it was 2 cars and no one inside, finally get my order and it’s wrong I’m missing items, and I asked for no mayo or tomato’s on my sandwich which now I can’t eat, I realized I’m missing a sandwich and tried to get it at the window the manager tells the employee that I can’t add items at the window ….. when I most definitely ordered it at the menu. Fine I go inside just to see over 8 employees just standing around talking the manager just walking around not paying any attention to anything, no one at the register I’m standing there for about 5 minutes only see 2 people actually working until someone from the back finally comes and takes my order. I get home just to see the nuggets I got was stale I looks like they’ve been sitting there for one hour- cold and dry idk where they find these people from but they all need to be fired or retrained definitely won’t be coming back I didn’t even get a receipt.
