I’ve been a fan of Brooklyn Wing House for a while now and have eaten at a few of their other locations, but I have to say the new Ralph Avenue location has completely blown me away. The food has always been consistently good, but my visit here stood out in such a big way that I have to share it.To start, I ordered a chicken sandwich, and I honestly think it might have been the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, and packed with flavor. I’ve tried sandwiches from a lot of popular spots (including Chick-fil-A), but this one actually surpasses that. It hit every note you want in a great chicken sandwich. The waffle fries on the side were amazing too — golden, perfectly seasoned, and the sweet potato waffle fries deserve a special shoutout because they were phenomenal. Crispy yet soft, a little sweet, and just addictive.Beyond the food, the atmosphere at this Ralph Avenue spot is incredible. They’ve really built out a custom vibe that makes it more than just a place to grab wings or a sandwich. It feels inviting, well thought-out, and the setup inside is both stylish and comfortable. You can tell a lot of care went into creating an experience, not just a restaurant.The staff here also deserves recognition. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive — they make you feel like a valued guest and not just another customer passing through. It adds so much to the overall experience when the people behind the counter genuinely seem happy to be there and care about making sure you leave satisfied.Another big plus? This location is open late, which is such a win when you’re craving something delicious after hours. On top of that, the menu is huge. They’ve got so many different varieties of chicken, sauces, and sides, as well as other options if you’re in the mood for something different. It makes it the kind of place you could keep coming back to and never get tired of, because there’s always something new to try.Overall, the Ralph Avenue Brooklyn Wing House is absolutely worth checking out. Between the outstanding food, the amazing chicken sandwich that I can’t stop thinking about, the incredible waffle fries, the inviting atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the fact that it’s open late, this place really has it all. I’m already looking forward to going back, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in — you won’t regret it.
