Wingstop Reviews
The food was not great. The wings were so oily and so hard. The fires were dry. Even the ranch didn’t taste like ranch. The cashiers were rude. Wingstop is so overhyped and I thought this was going to be so amazing but I was wrong it was not great. I think I’m gonna be sick after eating this. Never want to come here again.
April 05 · Kashvi KohliWing-Stop Chicken Sandwich has the just the right crunch with every bite with vegs on side carrots & celery sticks, large cola soda.
August 13 · Elena Belias (PoetElenaB)This wingstop is literally the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. Not that any of them are great to begin with. But this one takes the cake. They have 2 employees at any given time who are expected to cook and take orders at the same time. There’s always a huge crowd because they can’t serve fast enough. The restaurant area is always dirty and disgusting. There’s no staff to clean up behind messy patrons apparently. I placed an order at 4:43pm. It’s not 5:13pm and I have yet to be served. Needless to say I will not be coming back. Had high hopes for the neighborhood wing stop but it’s just a disaster.
January 08 · Leni MarquesLooking for terrible customer service, rude management, incorrect orders and just a completely unpleasant experience come to this location. Was missing half of my order, manager was reluctant to help, then rudely blames me for their staff not correctly giving me my order. I am 30 minutes away from this location, spoke with “manager” over the phone who stated he could only assist if I went back to the location, if only i had known that I would be greeted unpleasantly and blamed for their staff mistake. I will never spend my money here again. I truly wish I could give this location negative stars
May 26 · Angel CabaI’ve been calling their business number and no one answers. I arrived to the store and politely asking the worker for a refund because the order I placed via the website was not delivered to me. The worker Jovan, as grown as he is, making a paycheck here was rolling his eyes and giving me attitude. He said he will pass along my refund request to his district manager Tyrese. This location is understaffed and neglected based on the attitude presented by the worker. I hope I get my refund.
