Disappointing Experience — Won’t Be ReturningI strongly advise against ordering drinks at this location. Every time, it takes at least 15 minutes to get your order — and it’s almost always wrong. I asked for a mocha Frappuccino with oat milk and ended up with a watery latte. When I pointed it out, the staff seemed more interested in arguing than correcting the mistake.To be fair, the food is hot and comes out quickly, but the service and attitude just aren’t worth it. If I’m paying for something, it should be made right without the back-and-forth. This was my final visit to this location.

Parking was a bit of a hassle—definitely pay the meter and don’t try to double park or run in quickly. I paid for 20 minutes but almost ran out of time because there was a long delay inside. Only one cashier was working, and there was some communication trouble between her and a customer who took a long time selecting donuts and searching for coupons. The line built up quickly, and I wish someone had stepped in to help.I briefly stepped out to drop off my donut and move my truck closer (two spots opened right in front), and when I came back in, my everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and iced matcha with almond milk were both ready. The bagel was fresh, warm, and generously spread with cream cheese—just how I like it. The matcha was made perfectly: not too sweet, no chunks, though I suspect they may have used regular milk instead of almond.The Boston cream donut was also fresh and delicious—not stale at all.Unfortunately, when I was ready to leave, someone had double-parked and blocked my driver’s side door. I went in twice asking if anyone had done it, and got no real answers until the third time, when a young Russian woman finally admitted it was her. She moved her car, but didn’t make much effort to clear enough space for a truck like mine to get out easily. Typical New York moment, I guess.Overall: Clean store, polite and friendly staff, fresh food, good service. I appreciate that the donuts are displayed in a glass case instead of hidden. Despite the parking drama and slight delay, I’d return.

The service is not good hereClosing time is 8 Pm but at 7oclock the staff says that they cant give us the latte because its cleaning time thats so rude of them

Don’t even bother coming wasting your time and money here. Worst dunkin I ever been to. The staff got bad attitude and the donut literally the worst I ever had in my life. Bought three donuts and some munchkins, all very stale and dry, taste like the donuts been there since yesterday.

Service is slow, staff is confused half the time, and even got my order wrong in the end. Didn't apologize and blamed me for the wrong order. Never again
