★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely loved the 螺蛳粉 (snail broth rice noodles) and 酸辣粉 (spicy and sour glass noodles)! Great flavour and a good amount of toppings. I was especially in love with the 酸辣粉 because it’s hard for me to find the kind that I like (just as sour as it is spicy), and these noodles were nice and thick/chewy. Thicker than typical glass noodles but quite nice all the same. We are definitely coming back for both!
February 16 · Tristen HuangI was attracted by the smell/aroma ( some people hates it) of snail noodle soup when I went downstairs into the busy food court.Popular snail noodles are very spicy and heavy flavors. I orders a mild basic one to try at home bc the food court was completely occupied.I enjoyed the soup noodle at home very much . The basic noodle contained varies of fermented veggies and fried bean curds . No extra proteins. Next time, I would try all these different options of proteins and veggies in the menu.
April 25 · Vivian LinFinally got a chance to eat fresh snail noodles!I've been eating the dried packaged snail noodles for a while now so I couldn't pass it up when I walked by and smelled that distinctive aroma. For the broth they have a huge steaming pot that they ladle into individual servings so it has a ton of flavor. I got the classic snail noodle, it comes with vegetables tofu skin, peanut, and mushroom. They also give you a lot of options for add ons, which is nice. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the neighborhood.
February 21 · W LAuthentic Liuzhou flavor, will definitely back again.
March 29 · ZIHAN GAOI went there twice about half a year ago and the taste was pretty good, similar to the local ones in Guangxi. Although I didn't order it separately, they also gave me snail meat, and the fried tiger skin pig's feet were also very good. The taste this time was completely bad, the tiger skin pig's feet were fried very badly, there was no tiger skin, and no snail meat. If this taste is opened in Guangxi, I guess no one will go to eat it.
