I wish I could give them zeros instead of one star because their customer service is disgusting I’m not sure if emily is a supervisor but very rude and nasty. I try to order a sausage on a croissant and she was trying to charge me a sausage, egg and cheese croissant, which is much more I don’t want the egg so why charge me for something I’m not eating when I go to other Dunkin’ Donuts. They just charge me a croissant and sausage which less today is the last day I order anything from dunkin

One of the worst places to go to, the workers just seem miserable and are upset as you walk in. Especially, the night time person, short Caribbean man wearing a hat, he shouldn’t be working there. He’s very rude, we order few items and he just kept rolling his eyes as if he was forced to work. Also, he was not wearing his name tag, very unprofessional. I will never go there ever again. No wonder why this place has bad reviews.

They’re just so CARELESS ! I understand it’s just dunkin it’s fast food. but I been to other Dunkin where they actually make their food with LOVE! AND KINDNESS AND PATIENCE!!! I ordered a 1 shot of everything and the lady was deaf or something. She did not hear jelly or cream or milk. She got upset and threw the jelly all over the BAGEL!

Update: I just waited here for over 30 minutes from my order. The staff chose to continue making drinks for people who ordered after that make food. People who ordered after me got their food and drinks minutes before me. How does that work? Train your staff or get new staff who understand customer service and how to prioritize a workload.The staff here seem to never be paying any attention. I feel like I’m speaking Martian when I order. I can order the same thing three days in a row with the same person and never be 100% sure it’s going to be the same item or size I ordered. It’s also way too slow at times for the amount of people they’re serving.Update:This, by the way, is my small latte. It’s like 2/3 full. This is purposeful.
