Beyond the delicious product, the shop aims to be a quick and convenient stop for a quality treat, perfectly aligning with the fast-paced New York lifestyle. They focus on delivering a memorable experience through variety and accessibility.
While the product quality—the delicious frozen yogurt—is often praised by customers, the overall experience can sometimes vary. As with many local businesses, service and atmosphere are factors that customers note. One customer expressed that their first time was "absolutely fantastic," praising both the best frozen yogurt and the "very helpful and kind" workers, emphasizing that their kids loved it there. However, another review noted a challenging service experience regarding payment for family members, describing the atmosphere as "unwelcoming" and feeling watched. These reviews highlight the importance of factoring in both the product's quality and the potential for a variable service encounter when visiting.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My first time coming here was absolutely fantastic! This place has the best frozen yogurt. On top of that the workers here are very helpful and kind when helping me. My kids love it here.
September 27 · Lukas GavrobicDelicious frozen yogurt but service is horrendous. Got yelled at because my mom gave her debit card for my brother and I to get yogurt while she was shopping a store down. Do they not want the money regardless? And this happened before and I called my mom to show that she allows it. Still, got yelled at for it. Overall the vibe and atmosphere is very unwelcoming too. They watch your every move. Wouldn’t give them business again.
September 24 · Nicolette LisetskayaFirst time visiting here and I grabbed a coconut frozen yogurt and wanted to taste it (even though I was gonna pay for it anyways), the man behind the counter took the spoons away and yelled at me in front of all the customers that they charge by the weight of the yogurt and I can’t try it even though I told him I’m paying for 3 yogurts for me, my mom and niece. Horrible customer service and horrible first experience.
September 09 · Lyuda Potomskayaive been going here since I was 8 years old I will always come here it’s such a special place I spent so much time here with friends, family and so much more rhe service here is amazing the workers are really nice, the frozen yogurt is amazing it has amazing and variety of flavors!! I 100% recommend.
July 25 · Jeimy LemusYoughurt is pretty good but the service is horrendous. Despite it we still kept going for years but today was the final straw. Owners yell at spilled yoghurt and just overall give very unfriendly attitude. This is a kids place and your every move is watched and reprimanded. Yelling at my son today for some spilled Youghurt or slightly spilled sauce makes you feel very comfortable.
