Updated review, My husband and I got the pleasure of speaking with owner peter and he truly wanted to know what we didn't like about the food, we give him our honest opinion. We got the opportunity to try the food again and we both love the changes that were made, and everything was delicious. We will definitely will be ordering from this restaurant againThe fish cake was hard on the outside and soft on the inside but was missing some ingredient, the sweet bread was good, the pudding and souse was great, my husband love the pudding but I did not, the rock cake was awful it was under cook and taste bad, the mixture was off and as a bajan I lived for rock cake so I was disappointed, the salt bread was good. The beef patties were ok.

I was in the neighborhood and saw this new restaurant walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the food options. I ordered 2 large plates to go which came with complimentary homemade drinks (sorrel and lemonade). Very tasty. I find that most restaurants now the food is either too salty or too oily. The meals had just the right amount of seasoning and not greasy at all. Will definitely return.

Honestly this space is so pretty for something that just started a few months ago. Although I'm not fond of certain flavors of experimental dishes, I can honestly say what they are doing here is great! I love the fried chicken and mashed potatoes, the customer service is high. If it wasn't for me being a picky eater and not matching with certain flavors I'd give this place a 10/10, however I'm being true to myself and will rate this a 7/10 experience for a brand new establishment

Wanted to support a fellow bajan but the food was awful. Food is not made in house, made at a home and then brought to the restaurant. The food legit made my sister throw up. Food was not properly stored.Do not recommend.
