Aqua Boil Introduce
In the city that never sleeps, finding a dining experience that is both unique and deeply satisfying can be a delightful quest. Aqua Boil, a vibrant seafood and Cajun restaurant, brings a slice of the Gulf Coast to the heart of Hell's Kitchen. This is not a place for white tablecloths and hushed conversations; it’s a destination for a messy, hands-on, and incredibly flavorful meal. Specializing in the communal joy of a seafood boil, Aqua Boil encourages you to get your hands dirty and fully immerse yourself in a feast of fresh seafood seasoned with authentic Cajun spices.
The core of the Aqua Boil experience is its signature seafood boils. You can choose from a variety of fresh seafood options—including shrimp, crawfish, lobster, and crab legs—and have them prepared with your choice of sauce and spice level. The true magic lies in the sauces, a crucial element of any seafood boil. The menu highlights a variety of options, from a rich Garlic Butter to a zesty Lemon Pepper and the house special, Cajun Mix. This customizable approach ensures every diner gets a meal perfectly suited to their palate. The restaurant’s unpretentious and lively atmosphere is designed to complement this style of eating, making it a perfect spot for friends and families to gather and share a memorable meal.
While the seafood boils are the main event, Aqua Boil's menu also offers a wide array of other delicious options. Starters like Fried Calamari, Crab Cakes, and the customer-praised Gumbo and Clam Chowder provide a great way to kick off the meal. For those who prefer their seafood in a different format, the menu includes popular items like Lobster Rolls and Catfish Sliders. The restaurant also has a great reputation for its bar offerings, with a solid selection of beer, wine, and creatively named cocktails that are "great" according to customers. Whether you're a seafood aficionado or just looking for a new and fun place to eat, Aqua Boil offers a fantastic and flavorful adventure.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I went for the seafood boil but the shrimp, calamari, and catfish basket caught my eye. I've never had catfish before so it was the perfect time to try it.The flavors were good overall. Catfish was very soft and had great flavor. Loved the calamari and shrimp but I just wish there was more seafood. The plate went heavy on the fried and very light on the protein. To share, we ordered the corn ribs and as tasty as they were, they was too overpriced for what they were.If I go back, I will follow my gut and get the seafood boil.
September 14 · Casey BlakeAtmosphere was nice, super casual and messy! Full was nice, takes time sou est because of the process but it is really enjoyable! We got 2 lobster rolls, fried calamari and the combo, it was enough for four. You should try this!
August 07 · Christina ChristofiGreat unpretentious spot for good quality seafood. Best to make a reservation for parties larger than two. Plan to go with people you enjoy sharing with. Portions are generous and very tasty but a little messy. Missed having a little cocktail sauce.
August 11 · M. G.Excellent good with good prices. The shrimp (4/5) and the crab (5/5) is succulent and flavorful. For $40 you can easily feed 2 people. They also have great Cajun fries (3.5/5). Service is fast but make sure to reserve cause this place packs up.
April 24 · Christi BalakiA great seafood spot!We really enjoyed the delicious soup and flavorful sauces. The calamari was especially impressive—soft, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The staff was very friendly and attentive, offering helpful recommendations that made the meal even better. Highly recommend!
