After eating at other highly rated 3 Michelin star restaurants I believe this is one of the best restaurants in the world and deserves a third star. I've eaten at single thread, quince, Eleven Madison Park, Jungsik, and Le Bernadin. What made this restaurant stand apart was how the chef was able to tie Korean culture to his dishes and create a meaningful experience for guests. I also believe the chef to be a culinary genius who can create one of a kind dishes that raises the bar in the worldwide culinary scene. The only criticism I could think of is to improve the presentation of the dishes. However, the dishes were mind blowing and delicious. The service was also perfect. I recommend the chefs counter with the full course tasting menu to get the best experience. It was a memorable experience and I hope my pictures capture the hard work and beauty put into every course.

This experience was on another level, as an immersive experience, as soon as we entered the restaurant.First we got to tase two different broths one seasoned with salt and the other one seasoned with soy sauce older than 5 years. In each dish you could see the meticulously planning and execution. With each of the dishes we received a beautifully design card with the chef story and the ingredients list. We are so grateful that we were able to experience this.We will definitely visit again if we are lucky to score a reservation.

The host and staff were absolutely amazing—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. The chicken stood out and was inventive, and the pairings were mostly on point. However, the rest of the food felt underwhelming and not particularly memorable. A pleasant evening, but not one that left a lasting impression.
