The staff's effort to serve the public is evident. It's uncomfortable to see so many food delivery drivers inside using the tables daily without eating (for many hours). Homeless people love to hang out at the entrance, and sometimes they come in. It's not just McDonald's; we suffer this all over the city.

The red-haired black female night manager of this store was very domineering, as if the consumers owed her money, and her service attitude was extremely bad. I went to buy 4 Happy Meals, and she made me very angry. You can say you can't choose toys, but you should pay attention to your attitude. I kept smiling at her, but she had a gloomy face. She was extremely impatient, and the clerks next to me didn't dare to help me. I bought 4 Happy Meals and asked the clerk for a big paper bag, but the clerk didn't dare to give it to me. During my recent visit to this McDonald's, there were several things that left me uncomfortable. There were no ketchup or mayo packets available, so even though the food wasn’t bad, it felt quite dry.The employee who took my order was rude, which made the experience less pleasant. My order didn’t take too long, and the place itself was clean.However, outside the restaurant, there were several homeless people. One of them began shouting and got too close to me, which made me feel unsafe and uneasy.I hope the management can address these issues, both inside and outside the restaurant, to improve the overall experience for customers.Thank you.

They’ll be at the back laughing and playing around and then when you ask them, why is food taking too long start THEY START getting attitude, sometimes if FEEL U the customer want to go in there and serve yourself and get out McDonald’s needs a step in and train Customer service because this is horrible people stand there for 20 minutes some CUSTOMERS even leave because they don’t say anything. We understand that waiting for your meal can be frustrating, especially when the service doesn't meet expectations. They Needed to improving their experience. 😡😑 PLEASE
