I Just spent 20 minutes waiting for an employee to take my order. 4 employees walking around and all 4 prioritizing drive thru orders and no one servicing the customers standing right in front of them I was the only customer in the store waiting for a cashier to take my order and I was totally ignored cashiers were too busy talking amongst themselves . I don’t think I will be visiting this location again

First red flag was the PENDING REVIEW sign in their window. Then I saw teenagers working behind the counter. Then I noticed how many people were in the store waiting for their orders. I knew this wasn't going to be good. Then after they finished my drink, 2 people picked it up and kept moving it around instead of calling the name or placing it on the pink pad for completed orders. Then no napkin or straw.Holy moly. This place is horrible. BTW, you need to get a lot of negative points in order to acquire the PENDING REVIEW after an inspection! Close this place down ASAP.

30 minutes for a regular coffee.Well, if you can’t handle it , don’t offer extra services such as drive through , mobile order , or have more help .Not recommend

This is worst grilled cheese I ever had ...first I returned it because it was not toasted and it had no Bacon like I requested ...so they made a new sandwich which was burnt ......they dont need to serve food if it's like this ...staff nasty with attitude as well ...dont deserve 1 star

The new people that you guys are hiring suck they mess up on orders then have an attitude when you tell them to fix it. Am I begging for free food? or did I use the money that I had to stand on my feet for to use and pay for it?
