★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Barosa on Woodhaven Blvd has a beautiful bar and a nice upscale vibe with white linen tables. The specialty cocktails felt a bit outdated, but the food overall was good. The shrimp cocktail was average, but the "Grandma’s Two Big Meatballs" were delicious. The Branzino Piccata was a little dense, though the Rigatoni Calabrese and Shrimp Risotto were very good. Service was quick but a bit mechanical. Overall, a solid spot with a few things that could be improved.
April 28 · M Ortiz (Epicurean Explorer Rater)The food was good but the desserts, slap your momma! I would recommend the lava cake, so good (not pictured). The chocolate mousse layer cake, yum!
June 18 · Erika BargerHave not been here in five years. And it has not changed one bit. And I guess that’s a good thing. Food is pretty good and very plentiful, and the service is always fine, if not personable. Comfortable seating, and although you are pretty close to the neighboring tables, you kind of forget they are there for some reason. Good acoustics I guess. Long bar when you first enter. Reasonable prices. ♿️
February 23 · PhilYouInFirst time eating here and it won’t be the last. Ordered the Personal Margherita Pie to start. Crust to sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. Ordered two specials for our entrees. I hope they keep the lamb bolognese and shrimp scallop risotto on. Every bite was delicious. To top it all off our server was so kind. The crowd that this establishment draws in is just as much so. Cannot wait to eat here again. Be sure to make a reservation as it is a popular place! (Rightly so!!)
March 28 · Christine SAfter passing this restaurant on my daily commute, I finally had the chance to give it a try—and it did not disappoint. The baked clams were fresh, clean, and incredibly flavorful. The calamari was perfectly crispy, accompanied by a delicious marinara sauce. We ordered a few of their entrees, but the standout was the pork chop pizzaiola. It was absolutely amazing—one of the best pork chops I've ever had. Thickly cut, juicy, and grilled to perfection on the outside.
