they close at 8 i arrive at 7:30 they see me denied my entry and locked the stores door, and then proceed to ignore me

Yesterday was the 2nd time in almost 3 weeks, I went to this Dunkin/Baskin Robbins and their AC is still BROKEN! I asked the girl (who could hardly breathed thru her mask) if they had no AC yet, she politely apologized and stated, "it will be fixed soon ma'am." This is the same thing I heard last time I was there weeks ago. How can the OWNERS let ppl work like this!?!? It was 90 degrees out yesterday with no breeze, so imagine working next to hot machines all day and handling customers food while your dripping sweat from head to toe, UNACCEPTABLE! I hope they fix that fan soon before one of their employees pass out from heat stroke.
