★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is BELOW a zero! - I have been coming to this place for since I was a little girl and NEVER had an issue with them. Today I decided to order some French fries and boneless ribs and as I’m eating I notice a DEAD roach in my food ! I called to let them know about the issue and they want to act like they had no idea what I was saying or talking about and put me on hold for about 20-25 minutes to refund me. They were playing phone tag each time. NEVER AGAIN! Make sure to check your food BEFORE ever ordering food here!
December 18 · Katie CamachoThis is a new review from 01/30/2022. My husband and I placed an order to our address which we are 15 mins away. We called around 8:30 -8:50 ; didn’t receive our order until almost 9:30. As soon as we received our order I immediately called back to get a new order of chicken wings with fries due to my order coming VERY SOGGY. The manager on duty reassured us that he was sending out a new order, which never came. We called back after 45 mins of waiting which a young lady stated the driver would be here shortly with our new order which NEVER CAME AGAIN. Today 01/31/2022 we called back around 6:30pm spoke to a manger named JOHN CHANG who claimed they was not sending us a new order. If I wanted a new order I have to take my 9 month pregnant self to the store & get a refund. I kindly stated that if I have to walk 15-20 mins in the snow I would like a refund of my whole $40.00 order. He stated that when I get there I can speak to the boss. After almost an hour still currently on the phone with them , they let us know they are not allowed to take our order & now after 7 times the phone keeps magically hanging up. I am an assistant manager at a restaurant & the way that they are treating us is so poorly I will never order from this place again especially after being a loyal customer of these people for the past 7 years. I will make sure to spread my review throughout social media so that everyone I know will NOT order from this place at all ! The fact that they are giving us a hard time to remake our order or give us a full refund is disgusting.
January 31 · Krystal ColonI called and asked if they delivered to my address and they said yes. I call back to check on my order and they said the driver Wouldn’t deliver 0.8 miles away because it’s too far away. I’m an 8 minute bike ride away from the restaurant how far is that really it makes no sense to have deliver when you have a driver that won’t deliver 8 minutes away. Beyond ridiculous is that ordered and not a word was said to me till I call back 40 minutes later to be told my order was cancelled.
October 07 · Cynthia VallonI loved the garlic chicken 🍗 especially when they didn't put the garlic sauce aside.
November 25 · Sn0wmanThey continue to compete well against their local competition. Despite my gripes in the past...they serve up some good chicken with broccoli and their chicken wings and French fries is still a good deal. The screaming lady screams less and is now more courteous. It's a dedicated staff, a good take out spot. Once again I recommend them.(Old Review)They were good a few years ago (2017) but I am refusing to go there as their owner or manager is void of customer service skills. On my recent visit this Lady (might be owner) would give the ugliest facial expressions upon ordering. Again their cooking has been uninspired lately. Last order of chicken wings with the crinkle cut fries I used to like, seemed to be the remains at the bottom of their frozen French fry bag.Lastly upon ordering for delivery, I missed the delivery and I was put on their no delivery list. Not missing much anyway the food does not make the cut most of the time anyway. 😑(Old Review)They are open until 11:00pm Monday-Friday and on Saturday they are open until 12:00am and serve right up to the hour of closing; lately a lot of places say they close at 11:00pm, but if you call them at 10:45pm, they won't pick up their phone if you are calling in. Eastern serves right to the hour, I think that's cool. They are good, their crinkle french fries are on point, it is one of their strengths; the chicken wings with french fries are as good as they get here. They only offer a free 2 liter soda for $28 and above purchase, but that is it. They don't add value to you for the money you spend with them. I don't think its cool, but to each his own. 😎
