Baya Bar - Acai & Smoothie Shop Reviews
Super fresh and very clean!Love their brain power juice!Definitely will be back!
September 12 · Maggie CrossHours online say they open at 7am. I got here at 7:50am. Closed, dark, and chairs still up. So they don’t even open at 8am…. Let alone 7.
August 05 · Sara Xing EisenbergYesterday, my 18 year old niece and her cousins, visiting from London, went to Baya Bar on Columbus Avenue, NYC.My niece has a severe coconut allergy and is very conscientious about checking every ingredient whenever she is out.She asked for the Bella Nutella and asked about each component, including the granola and the base.My niece said the server was kind and sensitive to the allergies but by the time my niece came home, her throat had already constricting. Luckily, she carries an Epipen and she used it immediately after coming home but it still caused so much anxiety for her and all of us. I know it is hard to foresee allergies but the irony is that the store had several notifications saying allergies were taken seriously (and she is not allergic to nuts or palm oil). Yet, this caused a reaction that could have caused hospitalization on vacation. A note for anyone else with allergies.
