★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 13.5 stars. This place is extremely small inside. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for dinner, but maybe drinks. The food was overall pretty much ok. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great either with the exception of the stuffed eggplant appetizer. That was very good! The arancini appetizer, chicken parm, linguini with clams, rigatoni with 4 cheeses were just fair. The portions here are very small. Decent place overall, but not good enough for me to come again.
August 24 · JenniferThis place is super high quality and very welcoming. Really enjoyed the vibe and friendly banter from the staff. And the food…terrific. Highly recommend the spaghetti carbonara and the arugula and pear salad.
July 15 · Frank RocheThis place never disappoints! The cocktails, food, and service are always top-notch. Gino and Salvador are simply the best!
May 03 · Vivian FernandesWe live in the neighborhood and had been meaning to try this place and unfortunately were disappointed. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly. He was from a different location just helping out for the night but was so nice. However, they were out of prosciutto which my boyfriend really wanted, the pasta 100% was not homemade (which is fine but don’t advertise that), my sparkling rose was flat (as was my boyfriends aperol spritz), the chocolate cake was cold on the middle, and the restaurant smelled kind of gross I couldn’t put my finger on it.The atmosphere was really nice other than the smell.
February 22 · Breighanna MinnemaI have been coming to Botte in Astoria for about three years since I moved to the neighborhood. For me coming here is often the highlight of my day as I know I will be welcomed with a big smile, and many times, a warm hug from Alejandro who takes great care of everyone who walks through the door. The food is excellent, the cocktails top notch and the vibe is buzzy and friendly. So easy to find myself in a conversation at the bar with new friends. Highly recommended.
