★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The place is such a vibe, beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, best dumplings I've ever had and the drinks were lovely. The staff is incredible, Nicko at the bar was very welcoming, makes amazing drinks, and our server Justin was a gem, he explained everything so well gave great recommendations and was super accommodating. Definitely recommend this spot for a special occasion or a night out with friends just because.
August 03 · Daris SanchezA unique restaurant below ground, with dark moody vibes. We had a 6:30 reservation but were told to wait in the holding pen lounge/bar until they were ready for us, which was around 20 minutes.I’m not the most adventurous eater, so I went in not expecting much, but the broken chili chicken was quite good! It was spicy but it wasn’t overpowering, and the crunchy crust was great!Service overall was slow, granted we were a party of 8, but it was a very long dinner. The staff wasn’t super friendly or welcoming, which maybe is part of the vibe this place is going for, I don’t know, but the service wasn’t my favorite.Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, which is what matters.
July 31 · Katie BoudreauOne the best Asian food I have eaten. The food was top quality and the bartender is great in mixing the cocktails. Must visit place if you love Asian.
September 09 · Kunal GuptaWe visited this place for my wife, and the venue itself is lovely – nice atmosphere, a bit of a Sex and the City vibe, very charming. However, our experience with the service was disappointing. Our waiter never introduced the dishes, didn’t ask about allergies or pay attention to them, and didn’t mention when a dish arrived cold. He also didn’t ask how we’d like the meat cooked – it came almost raw. We had to wait around 25 minutes just to get the bill, even though he kept signaling that he would come. Throughout the meal, he never checked in to see if we needed anything.
September 15 · Berke HanefiAs you step into Buddakan you know - this is an experience. The interior design is beautiful. Every detail has clearly been meticulously thought through. The service at Buddakan is truly top-tier. Attentive, knowledgeable, genuinely welcoming. The staff truly elevates the entire dining experience, making you feel perfectly cared for without being too much. And the food…Oh my god, the food! Everything we ordered was of the absolute highest quality. The famous (and rightfully so) edamame dumplings are, without exaggeration, out of this world. These delicate parcels of flavor are a must-try and will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression. Even the tofu, often an afterthought at many establishments, was excellent – perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. And as for the rice... it truly does require its own individual review! It's so incredibly good, a proof to how even the simplest ingredients can be elevated to extraordinary heights. It's a place where exceptional food, impeccable service, stunning design are creating an unforgettable dining out experience. Highly, highly recommended!
