★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Tao is such a great spot! The food is really good, but what makes it stand out is the atmosphere — the place is spacious, lively, and the music is always a fun mix. I highly recommend trying the carrot cake for dessert, it’s amazing! And don’t forget to take a little keepsake before you leave
September 16 · Estefania CamachoMy first time eating here was on 7/03/25, around 530pm; no reservation was needed but if you are planning on a later time make sure to make reservations.Approaching the entrance you are greeting by 2 red double doors that leads into a dimly lit foyer; this is where the true vastness and beauty of Tao will take a hold of you. When checking in with the hostess staff, you will be brought around the corner to thee best view/seating setup you can have for a dining experience. We sat on the couples seat on the stairs which added to the new experience for us. Our waiter (forgive me as I’m bad with names) was so pleasant and friendly to talk to. He walked us through the menu and was very sympathetic to my girlfriend’s allergies, suggesting dishes she can eat.I ordered the drunken lobster noodle dish and my girlfriend ordered a few appetizers because she wanted “finger” foods. Everything came out fast, fresh and very delicious. On top of the food I ordered the Lychee martini, some of the best I’ve tried. It was fresh, flavorful and pretty strong (bonus).Overall I would highly recommend coming here around the time they open for a more intimate/peaceful experience. A little later in the evening it will be much more lively and the atmosphere will be energetic.Thank you Tao for a great experience.
July 08 · BuenaJayWe had an absolutely amazing experience at TAO Downtown! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was stunning — vibrant, elegant, and full of energy. The ambiance alone is worth a visit, but the food and service made it unforgettable.Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the evening. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great time.Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a memorable night out, TAO Downtown is a must-visit.
June 22 · Tejal EkboteWe had a great time. We were seated within 5 mins of arriving for our reservation. The drinks were really good, you can tell they take pride in presentation. We have the deconstructed shrimp tempura and it was amazing. There were whole shrimps on top and the the rolls on the bottom. Best tempura I've ever had. For entree I had the drunken Thai noodles with extra shrimp. The serving size was great and the flavor was amazing. We also ordered the crunchy orange chicken and glazed Brussels sprouts. The chicken was flavorful and not soggy. Couldn't get enough of the Brussels sprouts. In total spent about $275, for the appetizer, 2 entrees and 5 drinks. Definitely will be back!
August 27 · Yousena CI loved my dining experience at TAO Downtown. The atmosphere is breathtaking, large room with beautiful ambiance. The service was really good as well. Get in medium to get the authentic Japanese taste. It was so good, we good another order: 3 in total.Drink wise, they have a diverse drink menu. Dress attire is more on the casual vibes. Dress toImpress location for sure. Highly recommend this Reaturant for any birthdays or date night. A great location to hit especially for tourist.
