You all know I have to be honest, especially when talking about my favorite local chain restaurants. So, when it comes to this Burger King rating, it doesn’t quite capture its true potential because, honestly, it’s like night and day. Let me explain: the morning crew at my local Burger King is fantastic! They’re super friendly, and everything moves at a much faster pace. The staff really delivers, the food is fresh, and they even change the oil for the fries because that’s all my kid will eat.However, if you swing by after 3 PM, be prepared for a much less enjoyable experience. Once school lets out, it turns into chaos, with kids running around and taking over the place. The staff slows down to a crawl, much like waiting for the check at the start of the month! And on top of that, they can be quite rude, often getting your order wrong, and the food rarely seems fresh. It really baffles me how it can feel like a well-run establishment in the morning and completely fall apart in the evening. I'm sorry, but I have to be honest about this spot; if you're looking for some excitement and chaos, just stop by after 3 PM.

I ordered a bacon king instead of a beef patty. They gave me a chicken patty third they gave me Swiss cheese with American cheese. I never customize it or nothing instead of a sesame bun. Y’all gave me some regular plain flat bun then then after that yeah when I opened it the rapper of the sandwich it was split in half already what are you really doing? Do y’all have new workers than you I understand, but if even if y’all knew if they knew why would try to let them do the food like what I cut my food up for my fries is good. And I go here like I always go to this Burger King like what the heck bro gonna give me some I asked for a bake a bacon king y’all gonna give me some chicken, Swiss cheese flatbread Like you’re violating again I don’t want this just if you didn’t have that you could’ve just told me So I could’ve got I could’ve got a whopper or something, but y’all gonna give me this stuff.

The staff change is apparent from my last visit. The overhead music is too loud, so you're yelling out your order. A person was being trained but that trainee should be shadowing experienced staff members. I know the music helps the hours at work move faster but takeout customers don't always use the kiosk, especially when it's cash. Therefore check the order before leaving the counter and browse receipts for errors in the order.

Ordered a limited time Wednesday whopper and receive a regular one. When I came to the drive thru and specifically asked if it was available the cashier told me yes. I check my bag but didn’t open my sandwich. Once I got home I saw that the order was incorrect. I called them to let them know, and they told me the cashier wasn’t aware that the bread was sold out. I received the completely incorrect food though! The Wednesday whopper comes with Swiss cheese and bacon. I received a normal whopper no cheese. I will be calling my bank and asking for a full refund. Very poor communication and service today.
