    Kinmedai, also known as Splendid Alfonsino, is a deep-sea fish with a striking appearance featuring large, golden eyes and a bright red body. It's a type of Shiromi (White Fish) with a mild, slightly sweet flavor and a good amount of fat forwardness to each bite.

    The Chef's Tasting Menu is the peak of elevated. You get to choose 1 of 4 starters provided by chef, and after that selection chef will prepare for you a tasting experience like no other. Everything in the restaurant is flown in from Japan 6 days a week (would be seven but we are closed on Mondays!) The executive chef behind whose curated the Chef Tasting Menu is none other than Two Michelin Star chef Jeffry Undiarto. The same chef behind n/naka in Los Angeles. Of the four shared starters you can choose from you have Salmon Burrata, White Truffle Scallop Carpaccio, Yellowtail Ceviche or Truffle Sashimi. You'll then dive into Cucumber Chili Crunch Salad, Bluefin Tuna Tataki seared with chefs torch & sashimi of th day. Next you'll enjoy 12 Nigiri (Madai, Akami, Botan Ebi, Hokkaido Scallop, Hokkaido Uni, Unagi Foie Gras, Kinmedai, Otoro, Japanese A5 Waygu, etc.) It's an awesome, elevated experience and also your best value for everything you receive.

    Our spicy tuna cut rolls are AWESOME! Chef uses super lean blue fin tuna we fly in from Japan 6 days a week to make his spicy tuna. topped with toasted sesame seeds and four pieces to an order.

  • Chutoro Scallion Handroll Cut $18.00

    The chutoro is the more fatty cut of the blue fin tuna belly. Chef takes the Chutoro and breaks that down very finely and likes to finish roll off with a little house made ponzu, scallions and fresh grated wasabi root done on a shark skin pad by chef. A super awesome bite and four pieces to an order. Try with Caviar on top as well! We serve American Sturgeon every evening.
