I used to like the milkshakes here. They used to be thick and flavorful. But on my most recent trip, the dude gave me water with some diluted soft serve flavor. Worst I've ever had. Really bad way to spend money.

I recently ordered a custom cake from this Carvel location for my sister’s 13th birthday. We provided a picture of the design we wanted, but the staff initially said they couldn’t replicate it exactly because of the swirls on the side. After adjusting the request and confirming with them that they could make the design without the swirls, we went ahead with the order.However, when we picked up the cake, it looked nothing like the inspo picture. My sister was really disappointed since this was for her birthday, and the design was important to her. When we went back to address the issue, the store’s only solution was to swap the cake for a premade one in the store, but my sister didn’t like any of those. They also refused to issue a refund, even though the final cake didn’t match what was agreed upon.I understand that not all custom designs can be replicated perfectly, but the cake looked nothing alike. We asked for white icing, they gave us hot pink icing. There should have been better communication and at least some accountability for the final result. If you’re ordering a custom cake here, I’d recommend being very clear about expectations and confirming multiple times to avoid a similar situation.
