★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had a lovely little dinner date here a few nights ago. We loved this hidden gem so cute inside and with real homemade vegan Thai dishes. I’m not a vegan myself, but could really appreciate how delicious this meal was without having to use any meat. Everything absolutely homemade, you can taste that they grind the spices in house Must try little Spot for Thai fans in the area
June 06 · Adam GiladiChakra is such a peaceful gem. The food is vibrant and thoughtfully prepared, I loved the curry and the fresh spring rolls, which were so fresh and flavorful. I really appreciate their slow food philosophy; it reminds me of how we eat in Italy, with care and intention. The back garden is magical and makes you forget you’re in NYC. A perfect spot to slow down and truly enjoy a nourishing meal.
June 24 · Cate ChiuchiarelliSolid good. Flavorful and fragrant. Small spot with very understated decor. Able to accommodate vegan, gluten-free, peanut free, sugar free and oil free! They also have less often-found dishes from NE Thailand.Really enjoyed the drunken noodled and green curry. Will def go back and order delivery!
November 29 · Tamar ARefined sugar free vegan Thai food! They are able to customize the dishes based on dietary restrictions. They made a super delicious sugar free mango sticky rice pudding. The main courses and soup were good and had fresh veggies. There was only about 1-2 staff onsite so understandably hard to juggle. Great to have found another restaurant that cares about the ingredients!
November 28 · Mandy KuoI am so happy that they have an SOS menu. It was great to be able to relax and know that the kitchen welcomes my dietary preference. Thank you!It seems that nearly everything is prepared to order, and as a result if coming here you should be prepared to possibly wait longer than most restaurants for your food to be ready.I do wish there was a way for the restaurant to communicate this to avoid problems with new customers who may be expecting quicker service.
