Top tier service and quality food/drinks. Every Wednesday night is Bingo and every Thursday is happy hour & karaoke and it’s always the absolute best.

Beautiful ⭐️ We have been to quite a few of these cantinas in Astoria but this one is great! Food fresh. Waitress nice. Drinks delicious. Atmosphere chill and relaxed. A good Mix of people, looking for good drinks and great food. The bartender makes great frozen drinks. Automatic 18% gratuity that we got at the other three cantina we visited in the past few weeks was NOT automatically applied here! This is the Place is a great place to eat, whether you’re beginning or ending your night. It was a welcome change from the average.

My server was extraordinary. Such a nice kid and seemed genuinely interested in what this old man was doing in Astoria on a Monday evening.And the Chano's Burrito was excellent. My server did recommend the Broccoli Burrito (not vegetarian) after I ordered.And great prices on Happy Hour beers (this isn't Manhattan).

Very lovely place to dine. Food was delicious and the restaurant is very beautiful inside. Absolutely loved the mofongo, but every dish we ordered was awesome. The molcajete is great to try a bunch of different things, and it comes with tortillas. The sauce is quite salty and tangy, but still I highly recommend it. They have pretty generous “happy hour” hours, so before 7pm on weekdays you can get a good deal on some drinks!

Whatever you’re doing, whatever you THINK you know about great New York food - shut up and GO TO CHANOS.It’s the best food you’ve put in your mouth. Period.It’s the best drinks you’ve had. Period.It’s the most fun you’ll have, and if you don’t come back time and again feel free to @ me because you just don’t know what you’re missing.Incredible. Chano cannot be beat. It’s one of those places that you think back to when you’re eating subpar Mexican for triple the cost. It’s the only place in nyc I recommend to everyone I can. I feel like a broken infomercial but I cannot deny how damn good ALL the food, drink, and deserts are!Just go. Stop reading this, GO.
