If I could give them 10 stars, I would the food and service were great the portion as well.Don't worry about the line they are fast. Also, on the side of the order table, there are 2 touch screens for self orderThe bread of the sandwiches was fresh, and the cheese steak was very delicious. 10/10The place is located in the food court next to Little Tokyo.I want to mention the nice staff.they are very fast.

Let me just say this meal is so satisfying right now. Love how its fresh cooked right in front of you. Just wish the sandwich was a bit bigger, considering the price. I didnt try the Chicken Philly but, my bf says its really good. Oh for a Friday night its not to packed with more then enough seats to eat.

Dee-licious!!! I ate the Old School Philly cheesesteak too fast to take a pic! It was SO good! The Old School fries are super tasty, too! A little more costly than typical fast food choices, but worth it. Just wish the roll was a little more toasted. Highly recommend if you are the Palisades Mall food court!

I have had the cheese steak at Charley’s many times. It has always been a great option. They cook the fries to order and you will have hot fries.

The worst experience nothing compared to co-op city in the bronx. I ordered 3 combo meals they gave no fries. That's what customers that spend over $1000 in this mall have to go through. Unprofessional!!
