So to start off, let me say, I haven’t been to CFA in about two years…last time I was there food was dope, super stoked every time lunch time came around. Back then, I’d get a meal for around $14+; manageable.Today, I went there and ordered a sandwich meal and the bill was the literal year I was born– $19.81. The sandwich was lukewarm, my cherry berry lemonade was 85% ice…finished it in 4 sips. My fries were mid at best. When I say the quality has dipped, I feel I’m paying this company a compliment. I remember when chick fil a first came to NYC, I was over the moon. Their quality raised the standard of gourmet fast food across the city as a whole…but now, now, this is just another low-bar, over-priced meal waiting to happen. I’m so disappointed…and as I watch my ice melt, so does my hopes that a company that had such great morals at its inception, is willing to fall so low of their initial standards.

Chick-fil-A you have my heart 🫶We dined in and the facilities were really clean and service was great how they took your order while you were waiting in the queue.Perfect sized burgers and the Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauces were Delish. Quality of the chicken and fresh produce was great - didn’t feel like you were eating fast food.Pickles were a bit rogue in a chicken burger, but could take out and eat by themselves. Spicy deluxe also wasn’t super spicy, but she’ll pass.Pleeeeeaase come to the UK, I need you for a dusty Sunday. Can someone please tell me why polynesian sauce is called that? The sweet young lady upstairs with freckles was very kind. She took the time to check in on me and ask how I was enjoying my meal, which meant a lot because I was not having the best day. We had such a pleasant conversation and it truly made my day a whole lot better! She made my visit here so much more enjoyable. I’ll certainly be coming back.

I had a fantastic dining experience thanks to the amazing team working last night! 😊 Blessing and Alexa were amazing at taking my order, patiently answering all my questions and enthusiastically recommending the new peach milkshake which turned out to be delicious. The front counter person, Jania or Zack, made the evening special with his genuine hospitality and engaging personality. He shared great recommendations from the menu, checked in at just the right moments while I was waiting for my order, and kept me entertained with his fun stories and excellent sense of humor he made me feel like a valued guest. 😄 Elijah's attentiveness was exceptional! I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The service was absolutely amazing—everyone was friendly, polite, and made sure I had everything I needed. You can really tell they care about their customers. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. Everything was made just right, and it came out super fast. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll be coming back for sure!
